Money-Back Policy

1. Eligibility Window
Individual learners may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if course materials have not been substantially accessed (less than 20% of modules opened).
2. Partial Refunds
After the window or after substantial access, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion minus consumed mentor hours.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party licenses, completed mock interviews, and issued mentor summary letters are non-refundable once delivered.
4. Process
Email hello@media-repository.digital with your enrollment ID and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
6. Cancellation by Media Repository
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund.
7. Consumer Rights in Japan
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and other applicable Japanese consumer laws.
8. Exceptions
Team or enterprise contracts follow separate statements of work. Promotional bundles may have distinct terms disclosed at purchase.
