We provide IT training courses, mentor-supported labs, and related educational materials. Prices are informational; enrollment is confirmed separately in writing.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration data, safeguard credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

Course materials, templates, and branding remain our property or our licensors. You receive a limited license for personal learning. Redistribution without consent is prohibited.

5. Learner Conduct

Harassment, sharing account access, scraping cohort channels, or submitting plagiarized work may result in removal without refund where permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Japanese law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or hiring outcomes. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Okayama Prefecture shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

8. Termination and Modifications

We may suspend access for breach. We may update these terms with notice on this site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
